At 12 noon on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the Madison Club (5 E WilsonSt), Noah Fiedler, attorney at Barron & Newberger, P.C., will present on Ethics and Risk Management in Generative AI.
Attorney Fiedler is the leader of the Attorneys Risk Management Practice Group at his firm. He regularly counsels and educates lawyers and firms across the country on ethics, liability, and risk management topics. He also represents lawyers in malpractice, misrepresentation claims, defamation and disciplinary proceedings. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School where he teaches Professional Responsibility.
Also at our December luncheon, Michelle Behnke, president-elect of the American Bar Association, will present brief remarks regarding the work of the ABA and how it dovetails with and supports the work of the DCBA. She will become the president of the ABA in August 2025 at its annual meeting in Toronto. She is a member of the Boardman Clark law firm and previously served as President of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Pricing: $35 for DCBA members and $40 for non-members.
