At noon on WEDNESDAY, March 11, 2019, at the Madison Club, Brian Goodman will present on the topic of accommodation of employees with mental health conditions. All types of employers, including law firms, continue to struggle with lawfully and successfully accommodating employees with mental health conditions. These conditions are not visible to an employer in the same way physical health conditions may be, which is a complicating factor in charting the proper course. This program will help employers, including shareholders and partners at law firms, navigate the challenging interplay of state and federal laws with respect to these conditions. PLEASE NOTE that the program is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11 (not Tuesday).
