At noon on Tuesday, May 13, at the Madison Club, Attorney Carl Sinderbrand will discuss recent changes to the State wetland and shore land management programs, as well as the role of the Capital Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) in water quality decision-making. The past few years have witnessed legislative and regulatory changes that affect how land development can disturb surface water resources, including wetlands.

Carl Sinderbrand is a partner at Axley Brynelson, practicing environmental, construction and government regulatory law. He is a former chair of the State Bar Environmental Law Section Board, former member of the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission, and is actively involved with several environmental groups, including Clean Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Wetlands Association.
