FLAC is located in Room 1022 of the Dane County Courthouse, 215 South Hamilton Street, Madison, Wisconsin.
When is FLAC open?
FLAC is open every Wednesday, from 11:30 to 1:30.
What can FLAC do?
- Give out forms (click for downloadable forms) and help you fill them out
- Give information on family court procedures
- Refer you to community resources
Two or three attorneys/paralegals/law students can help you complete family law forms, including forms for divorce, paternity, restraining orders and post judgment motions.
Spanish-speaking volunteers are available the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
People are helped on a first come, first serve basis. We also have videos that you can watch to learn more about the divorce process. To link our video click here.
