Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in High School Sports
As name, image, and likeness (NIL) has permeated to high school athletes in nearly every state nationwide—including now in Wisconsin—there are novel challenges for high school athletes, schools, parents, and sponsors who are engaging with the high school NIL industry. Our conversation will cover topics from college sports recruiting to long-term intellectual property rights and enforceability.
Joshua M. Frieser is a sports lawyer at Frieser Legal LLC, where he represents athletes, agents, and sports industry businesses.
