Trial Do’s and Don’ts

Presented by Paul Curtis and Justin Lessner, who are both experienced trial attorneys at Axley LLP.  They will spend the lunch hour discussing courtroom professionalism, civility and practical do’s and don’ts gleaned from real-world litigation and trial experience. This lunch seminar will provide guidance on most phases of litigation from pretrial preparation and in-court trial conduct to navigating Zoom hearings.

This seminar will benefit newer litigators. Experienced litigators and judges are also encouraged to attend and are welcome to provide their views and commentary.
